BIOGRAPHY
“I Am Art.” Mimi Fu is a Pop-R&B singer, a classical pianist, and a music director from Changsha, Hunan, China. Growing up in a family full of music, she started to play the piano when she was 3 years old. She was the bandleader and singer in high school and had several performances at school events. She has performed at the school music festival, and the school singing competition, and was a part of the organizer of the school’s music club. When Mimi studied at the Ohio State University, she won second place in The Voice of OSU competition and became a part of the judges’ team for the next year’s competition. In the year 2020, she transferred to Berklee College of Music as a vocalist with her passion for the contemporary music industry, and now majors in Professional Music with a concentration in Music Business and Performance. As a music director, Mimi has worked in Listen Up, a Chinese hip-hop show, and as an A&R, she is doing her internship in Life in Hollywood Records.
